Callerton Parking OUTDOOR Reviews

Callerton is marginally cheaper than Bel Air, Sky Park etc. It seems all off airport park is now run by the same bus/service so use which ever is cheapest.

Always helpful and pick up is spot on every time.

Pleasant enough experience with Callerton. Arrival there was fine - parked close to reception where we waited maybe 5 minutes on our bus. A short bus ride to be dropped off at a bus stop very close to the airport entrance. Return was easy - simply walk to bus stop & wait on a bus. Our only issue was that we arrived in the early hours of the morning & had to wait on the second bus because the first bus was full but again it only took a couple of minutes for the second & third bus to arrive so nothing really to complain about. Again, arrived to find our car in good condition & close to the reception. Would gladly park again at Callerton Park & Ride.

Great service overall I would have this a five but for the queuing area to return to your car. Time and time again people jump the queue for the bus especially if they have no luggage, drivers seem unwilling to stop this happening. There is no clear indication where the front of the queue do this leads to confusion. It's the only negative to a great service but seriously this is a major flaw as someone will get hurt and it should be considered a priority as a safety issue.

Arrival and parking good. Pick up slow and waited 5 minutes for attendant chatting to driver out in back office. He didn't realise I was there and couldn't find my keys for a while. Apparently Mondeo had been spelled wrongly, usually you do much better.

have used Callerton for a number of years ,very easy to get to. Don't have to go into airport, shuttle bus ready for you when you arrive at the car park very efficient transfers and pick ups. Car ready for you when you arrive back. Staff always friendly.

Would have helped if it had been explained that the type of minibus picking us up on return might have different logos on it, otherwise just fine.

Quick and easy to book, park and transfer to/from the airport. Got on the wrong bus coming back but thanks to 'the other' company got delivered back to my car. No problems, absolutely would use again.

Good efficient service as always. The guys are always friendly and helpful and the transfers are regular and easy. The guy who brought us from the airport on Monday evening needs to slow down though. I know he has schedule to maintain but it was just too fast. Have used Callerton many times and will use again.
